Warranty Coverage

Every ClawBox unit comes with a 12-month limited hardware warranty from the date of delivery. ClawBox Pro and Team plans include extended warranty options.

• Covers manufacturing defects and hardware malfunctions under normal use
• Does not cover physical damage, water damage, or unauthorized modifications
• Software is provided "as-is" under the open-source license
• Extended warranty (24 months) available with ClawBox Pro

Return Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your ClawBox.

• 30-day return window: Return for any reason within 30 days of delivery for a full refund
• Condition: Unit must be returned in original packaging, undamaged, with all accessories
• Return shipping: Customer pays return shipping unless the unit is defective
• Refund timeline: Refunds processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the return

Preorder & Deposit Refunds

For preorders and deposits placed before product shipping:

• Full refund available any time before your order ships
• If shipping is delayed beyond the announced window ({SHIP_WINDOW}), you may cancel for a full refund
• Deposits are fully refundable minus payment processing fees (if any)

Shipping Policy

• US shipping: Standard (5–7 business days) and Express (2–3 business days) available
• International: Coming soon — join newsletter for updates
• Tracking: All orders include tracking via email
• Taxes: US sales tax calculated at checkout based on shipping address

How to Request a Return or Warranty Claim

• Order number
• Reason for return or description of defect
• Photos (for warranty claims)
